is a brand / art endeavor / dream crafted by a space explorer.

with a BFA in photography and fine arts, she started illustrating in her free time upon graduating. she's been a pottery teacher to children, a cake decorator, a graphics printer, a gallery assistant, and other, much less interesting things.

all of the photography, packaging, design, and print aspects spawn from her makeshift studio at home (located in the eastern United States).

wandering from fragmented memories to sky and stars, moonchu's work revolves around making home wherever you are or trying to find belonging, and ourselves, within nature.

the name is an homage to the memory of her parents.
