with a BFA in fine arts and photography, she started illustrating in her free time upon graduating. curious as ever about facets of most things, she has been a pottery teacher to children, a cake decorator, a graphics printer, and hopes to explore more aspects of the universe.

all of the photography, packaging, design, and print aspects spawn from her makeshift studio at home (located in the eastern United States).

wandering from fragmented memories to sky and stars, moonchu's work revolves around making home wherever you are, or trying to find belonging, and ourselves, within nature.

moonchu is an homage to the memory of her parents.
